产品用途 Application
本产品适用于各种硬质平面产品与软质平面产品的软对软（SOFT & SOFT）、软对硬(SOFT & RIGID) 贴合工艺；如液晶屏(LCD PANEL) 、触摸功能玻璃（SENSOR GLASS) 、钢化玻璃(COVER LENS)与光学胶（OCA）、偏光片(POLARIZER)的贴合；也可用于光学胶（OCA）与光学胶（OCA）、触摸屏（SENSOR FILM）的贴合。
The machine is used for SOFT & SOFT, SOFT & RIGID laminating process; such as lamination between LCD PANEL, SENSOR GLASS, COVER LENS and OCA, POLARIZER; also can be used for laminating OCA and OCA, SENSOR FILM.

操作流程 Introduction:
1. 将玻璃放在下工作台上，打开真空，吸附牢固；
2. 将软膜放于上翻转板，打开真空，吸附牢固；
3. 按双启动开关，软膜翻转板翻转到位；载台平移进行贴附；
4. 贴合完成，翻转板复位，载台回原点。
1. Put glass on the lower platform; turn on vacuum to attach it.
2. Put film on rotatable plate; turn on vacuum to attach it.
3. Press double “start” button, rotatable plate move in place and platform moves translational to laminate.
4. Laminating finished, rotatable plate and platform go back to origin.

1. Operating interface is convenient to set and indicate all kinds of parameter, such as platform moving speed and laminating time.
2. Using button operation for common functions, and the ways of press double “start” button to operate can avoid operating in wrong ways.
3. Roller pressure will be show on pressure indicator; the working ways of rotatable plate is conducive to pick and place products.
4. Micrometer was adopted to adjust platform position; roller pressure and rotate speed can be set in parameter setting.
